White Residue?
Frosting is a common side effect of using natural waxes and is most common with soy wax. It will not affect the quality or burn of your candle.
Rough Tops?
Have you noticed that your candle now has a rough top after burning? This is a common occurrence with soy wax. While it may not be very pretty, it will not affect the burn or throw of your candle.
Tunneling?
Is your wax only burning in the middle? This means it's time for a wick trim. Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to ensure proper burning.
Discoloration?
Natural waxes are known to tint over time. Since we do not use any additives in our products, some tinting may occur with your candle. This means you can trust that your product is completely natural and it will not affect the performance of your candle.
